WARRANTY AT A GLANCE
We believe in clear coverage without surprises. Here’s a quick overview of what you can expect from every JBI Extended Warranty Plan.
-
Choose from 6, 12, or 24-month plans to match your operational needs. Longer terms available for select equipment.
-
Coverage ends at the earlier of the time term or usage cap — typically 500, 1000, or 2000 total operating hours.
-
All repairs must be performed by certified technicians or authorized service centers to remain eligible for coverage.
-
Proof of maintenance is required for claims — including service logs, receipts, and repair estimates.
-
Submit a repair estimate and photo evidence. Claims are reviewed quickly, with a clear appeals process if needed.
-
If a component isn’t listed, it’s not covered. All exclusions are clearly stated in the Terms and Components Schedule.
