Choose the warranty term that matches your needs and usage expectations. JBI offers 6, 12, and 24-month plans to accommodate short- or long-term ownership. Each plan is backed by the same dependable coverage structure—just select the duration that fits your equipment lifecycle.
Every warranty includes a maximum hour cap based on your plan. Coverage ends at the earlier of your selected term or usage limit (e.g. 500, 1000, or 2000 hours). This ensures protection reflects real-world equipment use and prevents abuse from overuse or misreporting.
All repairs must be performed by certified technicians or approved service providers. This ensures the integrity of your equipment and your warranty. Unauthorized repairs or modifications may void coverage—JBI only works with qualified professionals to guarantee proper service.
To keep your warranty valid, you must follow the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule and retain service records. This includes maintenance logs, service receipts, and repair estimates. Proper documentation is required for all claims and helps protect your investment.
Claims are reviewed based on clear documentation: a certified repair estimate, supporting photos or video, and proof of warranty coverage. JBI evaluates claims promptly and allows for appeal or dispute resolution if needed—so you’re always treated fairly and professionally.
JBI coverage is transparent by design. If a component isn’t listed in the Components Schedule, it’s not covered. All exclusions are clearly stated in the Terms and Conditions—there are no surprises, no hidden language, and no guesswork. What you see is what’s protected.
